Challenges

Hart Botanicals needed an action plan to increase their presence in the beauty market and a strategy to reach their target audience from E-Commerce & Online channels.

Result

In collaboration with the Vinn Digital team, HartBotanical implemented Paid Social to their mix of channels in order to expand their customer base and increase brand recognition. In addition to creating lookalike audiences to attract new clients, the Vinn Digital Media team concentrated on using remarketing to target its most devoted clients. The team started experimenting with numerous ad formats, such as collection advertisements, as well as original photos and language for Facebook and Instagram ads to find the most effective strategy for attracting HartBotanicals’ newest potential clients. Finally, for more effective prospecting, we combined data from Paid Social and Paid Search channels. This freed up funding for lower-funnel efforts aimed at high-value clients that are more conversion-focused.
